This spongeware pottery is made in an old
converted flourmill in the River Nore using pure Irish Earthenware. Handthrown
in Bennettsbridge, County Kilkenny, Ireland. The kilns are fired with water
power drawn from the passing river. Every piece of Nicholas Mosse pottery has
been created with enormous care. Each tiny design element is applied with
intricately cut sponge.
